Included
- Broad/raw formats, batch recording, publication slots, workload, delivery failures and repeated-topic response.
- Within-account comparisons that separate topic, format, duration and publication-age cohorts.
Measure broad, raw, high-frequency publishing within one account, tracking audience response alongside production time and cash costs.
HeJustGotLucky
Understand the operating cost, feasibility and audience response of a broad raw-content approach at the user’s intended publishing volume.
Assign each distinct asset a stable ID and each crosspost a placement ID. Record intended and achieved daily volume rather than filling gaps. Compare matched within-account topic/format/duration cohorts and rotate comparable slots. Any later lower/higher-frequency comparison must be logged in advance with its other changes; frequency is not isolated by comparing this account with a different niche. Do not interpret repeated audience exposure as independent people.
Platform measures use matched 24-hour and seven-day snapshots where available. Report format, duration, snapshot age and missing fields. Zero denominators are undefined; inaccessible metrics are unavailable.
Start a time-and-output log before producing the first batch. Record prior comparable account history if available; otherwise use the first week as the baseline. Lock each day’s planned count within the authorized range and record actual hours, sleep/capacity constraints and exceptions honestly.
Record capture, selection, editing, upload, metadata, moderation and measurement time, batch overhead allocation, storage/software, fees and paid help. Separate gross platform earnings, adjustments and actual deposits. Record unpaid or unmonetized status explicitly.
Assess the target against observed capacity and minimum acceptable hourly economics defined after baseline costs are known. Report the target as unmet if it is unmet. Continue only when the measured process can be maintained at an acceptable cost and audience response; any proposed volume change is a recommendation for user approval, not a silent rewrite of the target.
Topic mix, time of day, batch quality, novelty, account age, repetition fatigue, platform limits, overlapping audience, monetization eligibility and delayed payouts.
Use owner-accessible native reports and private operating records where available. No API credentials, monetization or complete tracking are assumed. Comparisons are observational unless a stronger design is actually established; crossposts are not independent evidence. Public reporting excludes private customer details.
User target: 12–24 videos every day on HeJustGotLucky, in the planned launch week beginning October 26, 2026. This is an unvalidated operating target; actual throughput and time capacity will be recorded, including missed targets.
October 26–November 22, 2026, with weekly reviews on November 2, 9, 16 and 23. Final seven-day content snapshots mature November 29; order and inquiry windows may close later.
Provisional 90-day horizon through January 23, 2027. Actual launch and baseline collection remain unconfirmed.
The shared protocol defines source records, consistent windows, private-data boundaries and weekly continue/change/pause reviews.
