Business objective

What this study needs to answer.

Learn how business-focused content can support BhavCzar LLC’s analytics services without confusing reach with qualified demand.

  • Do educational breakdowns or build-in-public explanations lead to stronger comparable audience retention?
  • Which topics bring visitors who describe a genuine analytics need?
Hypotheses · untested

Starting ideas, not conclusions.

  • A specific business problem introduced early may retain relevant viewers better than a broad introduction.
  • A clear example of analytical work may produce more qualified inquiries per attributable visit than a generic services mention.
Method and scope

Compare carefully. Record the exceptions.

Create comparable creative pairs around similar business problems. Alternate educational breakdown and build-in-public framing across comparable publication slots; change one main factor at a time. Record topic difficulty, duration, title, thumbnail, hook and CTA. Without randomized audience assignment, treat differences as observational evidence.

Included

  • Business analytics explainers, real project-process demonstrations and service-relevant business questions.
  • Educational breakdown versus build-in-public comparisons within the same channel, format and similar duration.

Outside the scope

  • Treating BhavCzar as an all-art channel; the commercial art pilot is BhavCzART.
  • Calling every comment, follower or contact-form message a qualified lead.
Measures, denominators and observation windows
Qualified-inquiry share
Distinct attributable inquiries meeting the written qualification checklist / all distinct attributable inquiries reviewed in the cohort; weekly, with the cohort’s cutoff recorded.
Visit-to-qualified-inquiry rate
Distinct qualified inquiries linked to a recorded source visit / recorded source-attributed sessions; seven-day click cohort with a stated 30-day lead follow-up. Report partial attribution, not total demand.
Watch efficiency
Watch minutes at 7 days / production hours logged for that video. Compare within format and duration groups.

Platform measures use matched 24-hour and seven-day snapshots where available. Report format, duration, snapshot age and missing fields. Zero denominators are undefined; inaccessible metrics are unavailable.

Baseline, costs and decision criteria

Baseline collection plan

Export the existing channel’s available last 28 days by format and duration, including zero/low-performing posts. If there is no comparable history, label week one as an exploratory baseline. Define a qualified inquiry before launch: identifiable business need, service fit and a real follow-up request; record unknown rather than guessing budget or authority.

Time, costs and revenue

Log research, filming, editing, publishing, measurement and inquiry-handling minutes; direct tools, contractor and promotion fees; discounts, refunds, booked revenue and received payments separately. Do not assign content revenue from service contracts without an explicit attribution rule.

Decisions after baseline

After baseline collection, set a smallest worthwhile improvement using comparable retention variation and the cost of producing and servicing leads. Continue formats that improve relevant response without unacceptable production cost; revise the CTA if attention does not lead to relevant inquiries. With insufficient qualified demand, report inconclusive rather than claiming a winning format.

Data access, confounders and limitations

Existing audience familiarity, topic demand, title/thumbnail changes, release time, video duration, paid promotion, site changes, and long inquiry-to-contract delays.

Use owner-accessible native reports and private operating records where available. No API credentials, monetization or complete tracking are assumed. Comparisons are observational unless a stronger design is actually established; crossposts are not independent evidence. Public reporting excludes private customer details.

Planned activity

Targets stay separate from actual output.

User-planned launch in the week beginning October 26, 2026: at least one video every day on BhavCzar. This is a target, not achieved throughput or a validated recommendation.

Initial four-week pilot

October 26–November 22, 2026, with weekly reviews on November 2, 9, 16 and 23. Final seven-day content snapshots mature November 29; order and inquiry windows may close later.

Provisional 90-day horizon through January 23, 2027. Actual launch and baseline collection remain unconfirmed.

Planned outputs

Useful evidence. Documented decisions.

  • Business-topic and creative-pair register with publication IDs.
  • Retention and source-attributed lead-funnel review with missing-data notes.
  • A recommendation on which explanations to continue, revise or retire.
Next milestone

Confirm channel access, qualification checklist and source-link naming; capture the pre-pilot export before the first planned release.

The shared protocol defines source records, consistent windows, private-data boundaries and weekly continue/change/pause reviews.
