BhavCzART: Content to Customer

Trace the path from drawing content to inquiry, paid order and delivery, separating customer interest from actual unit economics.

BhavCzART · commercial art pilot

Planned — baseline collection not startedScope v1.0 · October 22, 2026
Business objective

What this study needs to answer.

Test whether an original drawing offer can attract real buyers and deliver a worthwhile customer experience at an evidenced cost.

  • Which content brings attributable commission inquiries and paid orders?
  • What are the time, cash contribution and delivery outcomes of an accepted commission?
  • How do standalone funny drawings and consented commission stories differ as acquisition routes?
Hypotheses · untested

Starting ideas, not conclusions.

  • A consented process/reveal story may make a commission offer easier to understand.
  • Standalone funny drawings may attract attention without converting at the same rate as offer-led content.
  • Observed revision and fulfillment time may materially change the apparent value of a low-priced offer.
Method and scope

Compare carefully. Record the exceptions.

Start with a clearly documented offer and genuine, consented transactions. Tag each acquisition asset and inquiry; link an accepted quote to an order ID and its eventual payment/delivery records. Compare standalone drawing content with offer-led process/reveal content within comparable placements, without using the same transaction as independent evidence in both. Price/turnaround tests require an explicitly logged new offer and honest terms; do not change them invisibly mid-order.

Included

  • Original funny-drawing content and real commissioned work, distinguished in the register.
  • Inquiry, agreement, payment, production, revision and delivery records; separate permission for public storytelling.
  • Cross-links from BhavCzART to the relevant channel study, recorded by placement ID.

Outside the scope

  • Invented DMs, customers, orders, payment screenshots or results.
  • Assuming a $5 price, 10-order limit or 48-hour turnaround: none has been selected.
  • Copying an inspiration creator’s identity, drawings or customer exchanges; assuming their revenue or original format has been verified.
Measures, denominators and observation windows
Inquiry-to-paid-order rate
Distinct inquiries resulting in an actual paid order within 14 days / eligible distinct inquiries first received in that cohort. Open 14-day cohorts remain pending, not failed.
Order contribution
Gross sales excluding collected sales tax, less discounts, refunds, payment/platform fees, materials and attributable fulfillment cash costs; per delivered order and weekly. Labor is recorded separately and also included in a clearly labeled labor-adjusted calculation.
Effective labor return
Order contribution / total inquiry-handling, drawing, revision, delivery and allocated acquisition-content hours. No invented labor-rate assumption.
On-time delivery rate
Orders delivered by the agreed deadline / orders with deadlines due in the review window. Show overdue, cancelled, disputed and pending orders separately.
Attributed cost per paid customer
Recorded acquisition cash costs / distinct first-time paid customers attributable to that acquisition cohort; zero customers means undefined, not free acquisition.
Cash reconciliation
Gross paid orders, refunds, processor fees, pending balances and actual bank deposits reconciled by transaction/reference ID and accounting date; deposits are not gross sales.

Platform measures use matched 24-hour and seven-day snapshots where available. Report format, duration, snapshot age and missing fields. Zero denominators are undefined; inaccessible metrics are unavailable.

Baseline, costs and decision criteria

Baseline collection plan

Before launch, record the chosen offer and actual price, revision limits, capacity and delivery promise. Use an original test drawing to measure work time, labeled as a self-test and excluded from customer conversion. Establish the inquiry/order ledger with no customer rows until actual activity occurs. Preserve payment source exports and customer permission records privately.

Time, costs and revenue

Log every order’s communication, drawing, revisions, delivery and content-production time; materials/software allocation, payment fees, shipping if any, promotion, discounts, refunds and receipts. Reconcile gross sales with payouts without double-counting either as two revenue events.

Decisions after baseline

After actual time/cost observations, define acceptable contribution and labor return with the owner before scaling. Continue only with a workable delivery promise, explicit publication consent and a reconciled cost record. Revise the offer when revisions or acquisition cost erase value. No paid orders means demand is unvalidated, not that commissions succeeded.

Data access, confounders and limitations

Offer novelty, audience fit, gift versus paid work, self/test inquiries, price changes, drawing complexity, customer response delays, revisions, attribution loss and payout timing.

Use owner-accessible native reports and private operating records where available. No API credentials, monetization or complete tracking are assumed. Comparisons are observational unless a stronger design is actually established; crossposts are not independent evidence. Public reporting excludes private customer details.

Planned activity

Targets stay separate from actual output.

No separate art-channel cadence has been approved. Art is the first commercial experiment and is scoped for the same four-week pilot, subject to selecting the offer, price, capacity and delivery promise before accepting orders. The commercial art pilot account is named BhavCzART.

Initial four-week pilot

October 26–November 22, 2026, with weekly reviews on November 2, 9, 16 and 23. Final seven-day content snapshots mature November 29; order and inquiry windows may close later.

Provisional 90-day horizon through January 23, 2027. Actual launch and baseline collection remain unconfirmed.

Planned outputs

Useful evidence. Documented decisions.

  • Written offer and private order/consent ledger.
  • An anonymized acquisition-to-delivery funnel and unit-economics review.
  • Evidence-based recommendations for pricing, capacity, delivery promise and content approach.
Next milestone

Confirm BhavCzART’s price, scope, capacity, revision terms and delivery promise; prepare separate fulfillment and public-story consent before any real orders.

The shared protocol defines source records, consistent windows, private-data boundaries and weekly continue/change/pause reviews.
